Buffet Style set up, we facilitate the serving. A beautiful table with lots of freshly made Mexican food. Our setup includes table covers, decorations(optional), chaffing dishes, iced tea or “aguas frescas” dispensers as needed.

Unless requested otherwise, we provide elegant disposable plates, napkins and plastic silverware.

Angus Sirloin Tips w/Bacon, Green/Red Bell Pepper and Onion.

Served w/Dinner Roll and two sides.

Pasta Alfredo

Pasta Alfredo with choice of Shrimp or Chicken.

Italian Lasagna

Six layers of three cheeses, pasta, tomato and beef.

Served w/Garlic Toast or Dinner Roll and Dinner Salad.

Enchiladas Suizas

Swiss Cheese Covered, Oven Baked Rolled Corn Tortillas Filled w/Shredded Chicken and Tomatillo Sauce on Top(not shown).
